The story

Built around better decisions, not more pressure.

Before moving to Vancouver Island, I spent more than seven years in Calgary real estate and helped more than 100 clients buy and sell homes. That experience built a strong foundation in negotiation, pricing, marketing, contracts and the dozens of small decisions that determine whether a transaction feels controlled or chaotic.

Moving to Vancouver Island changed the business in a good way. I had to learn a new market from the ground up, understand how coastal, strata, rural and recreational properties change the questions buyers need to ask, and experience relocation personally rather than treating it as a marketing category.

Today I work directly with clients across Parksville, Qualicum Beach, Oceanside, Lighthouse Country and the Comox Valley. I prefer thoughtful preparation, direct communication and property-specific advice over scripts, pressure or pretending every client needs the same process.

Useful before persuasive. Clear before complicated. Property-specific whenever it matters.
01 · Direct service

You work with me.

Questions, strategy, negotiation and licensed advice stay direct instead of being passed through a large team.

02 · Preparation

Understand first.

Market position, property context, timing and risk deserve clarity before the pressure of an offer or launch takes over.

03 · Communication

No disappearing act.

Responsive updates, clear recommendations and honest context matter more than manufactured urgency.

04 · Presentation

Make the work visible.

Strong marketing should make a property easier to understand, easier to remember and easier for the right buyer to choose.

What it feels like

A smaller business should feel more personal, not less capable.

The point of keeping the business focused is that strategy, communication and presentation can stay close to the people actually doing the work.

01 · Useful first

Information before pressure.

Use the guides, tools and research. Ask questions. Take your time. A conversation should become more specific only when the decision does.

02 · Property specific

The house changes the advice.

Strata, rural servicing, waterfront exposure, condition, title, lot utility and buyer pool can materially change what deserves attention.

03 · Clear communication

Know what is happening.

Strong service is often simple: answer quickly, explain the trade-off, make a recommendation and tell people what comes next.

04 · Presentation

Marketing should earn attention.

Photography, video, copy, staging, launch strategy, digital promotion and open-house experience work best when they tell one coherent property story.

For sellers

Prepare the property, then build the campaign.

Start with a personal assessment, understand the likely buyer and decide what is actually worth doing before photography and launch.

Where I work

Central Vancouver Island, with the corridor kept intentionally focused.

My core business is centred on Parksville, Qualicum Beach, Oceanside, Lighthouse Country and the Comox Valley. I also work in the surrounding communities when the property, client and geography make sense.

The point is not to claim every town on Vancouver Island. It is to know the areas I actively serve, understand the local trade-offs and have the capacity to give each client direct attention.

Let’s make the next move clearer.

If you are thinking about selling, relocating or buying on Vancouver Island, start wherever you are comfortable: use the resources, send a question or ask me to look at a specific property.
