Start with the question you are actually trying to answer.
You do not need to have a perfectly formed plan before reaching out. Send me the property, area, timeline or decision you are thinking through. Choose the response method that feels easiest. I will start there whenever possible.
I am thinking about selling.
Ask about value, timing, preparation, marketing or whether selling even makes sense yet. You can also start with a personal property assessment.
I found a property or need help searching.
Send the MLS® number, address or what you are trying to find. I can help narrow the search and identify the next useful questions.
I am trying to figure out where to live.
Tell me what matters most in daily life, budget, property type and location. We can work from the lifestyle question before jumping into listings.
I just need a straight answer.
If you are unsure what the next step should be, send the question. If it belongs with another professional, I will point you in the right direction.
Send me a note.
The connected form below goes directly into my real estate CRM. Add whatever context is useful. If you chose a preferred response above, that preference will be carried into your inquiry automatically.
How can I help?
What happens next
A conversation should make the decision clearer, not create more pressure.
My first job is to understand what you are actually trying to accomplish. The response should fit the question, not force every person into the same sales process.
I start with what you sent.
Property address, timing, community, budget, uncertainty or whatever else you included. You do not need to repeat everything on a forced introductory call.
I use your preferred channel when possible.
If you asked for email or text, I start there. If the situation genuinely needs a conversation, I will explain why rather than simply calling without context.
Sometimes that is a meeting. Sometimes it is not.
The next move might be a showing, property assessment, saved search, document review, planning tool or simply an answer to the question you asked.
Prefer to keep researching?
You can use the site first and contact me when the decision becomes specific.
There is no need to surrender your information just to get basic value from the website.
Personal Property Assessment
Understand likely market position, buyer context, preparation and the selling strategy I would consider for your property.
Request My Assessment →Search current homes
Browse current MLS® inventory first, then send me the properties or criteria that deserve a closer look.
Explore Homes →Vancouver Island Relocation Planner
Compare communities and narrow the region before trying to choose a specific property from hundreds of listings.
Plan My Move →Still easiest to just send the question?
Email, text or call me directly. Tell me what you are trying to figure out and we can start there.
For urgent legal, financing, inspection or other professional matters, the appropriate specialist should be consulted. I am happy to help identify which question belongs where.
